Introduction

This apartment, Vasavi Skyla, is situated in on of Hyderabad's most important financial districts; Hitech City. It is inspired by the Neo-Classical style architecture, using columns, domes, golden proportions, and materials such as marble and limestone.

Tower Plans

Vasavi Skyla has 5 towers, each ranging from 4 to 6 apartment flats. These flats have square footages that range from 2000 to 3000 square feet per flat, with 3 to 5 bedrooms.

Floor Plans

Each flat typically has 1-2 living rooms: one being for guests while the other is more fore family and friends. Usually, the kitchen will either be in the southeastern or northwestern part of the flat, which is typical in Indian culture.
